Created websites, interactive content, and games for clients such as Time Warner Cable's Road Runner, National Wildlife Federation, Bill Cosby's Picture Pages, and General Mills. Developed a standardized activity delivery engine with content streaming, usage reporting, and embedded marketing messages. Maintained JuniorNet service and programmed downloadable version of service. Developed shareware version of activities and implemented fifteen-activity member's area. Created game content for distribution on 7 million co-marketed, promotional DVDs for General Mills.

JUNIORNET, Boston, MA, 1998 – 2001

Developed information architecture, designed highly interactive user interfaces, and programmed activities for educational children's Internet service. Managed 15 developers in the creation of email, instant messaging, message board, polling, games, and interactive activities. The award-winning service included more than 150 fun, educational activities authored in Macromedia Director/Shockwave, Flash, QuickTime, and HTML.

Authored popular activities with highly intuitive interfaces. Developed user testing plans and analyzed user testing results. Wrote user interface design specifications and provided high-level direction to user interface design team for service redesign.
